The only venue in the emirate built for real exhibitions. It is an empty hall, so plan for build days as well as event days.

A historic pearling village for launches and shoots. Permits take time, so start six to eight weeks out.
1. Breakout rooms. A ballroom alone will not carry a multi track conference.
2. Ceiling height and rigging. Ask for a rigging plan, not just a floor plan.
3. Power. Hotels have it. Beaches, mountains and heritage sites need generators.
4. Timing. October to May is peak season. Book three to six months ahead.
